We only hire caregivers that already have a certification (i.e. CNA, RNT)
Why is that important?
We recognize that there is a difference between caregivers that are not certified vs those that have already obtained certification. Certified caregivers have the training to most accurately assess and document a client’s abilities. They are also trained to recognize changes in cognitive and/or physical abilities. This allows us to make changes in our personalized care plan to help manage these changes.
